Delicious Homemade Treat- Oats Dry Fruit Ladoo

Indulge in these nutritious Oats Dry Fruit Ladoo, combining oats, mixed dry fruits, coconut, dates, and natural sweeteners.

Ingredients

1 cup oats (rolled or instant) 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins), finely chopped 1/4 cup desiccated coconut 1/4 cup dates, finely chopped 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 2 tbsp ghee 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Step 1

In a pan, dry roast the oats until they become slightly golden and fragrant. Let them cool.

Step 2

In the pan, add the chopped dry fruits and roast them. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted oats, roasted dry fruits and desiccated coconut.

Step 3

Add chopped dates, honey ghee, and cardamom powder. Now shape small rounds of the mixture.

Step 4

Place the prepared ladoos on a plate and let them rest for about 15-20 minutes. Once set enjoy!
