Indulge in the perfect gluten-free treat with this Millet Sourdough Focaccia, boasting a fluffy texture, tangy sourdough flavor, and the wholesome goodness of millet.
1 cup millet flour 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour 1 cup sourdough starter (gluten-free) 1 cup warm water 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dried herbs Toppings of your choice
In a bowl Mix millet flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, sourdough starter, water and olive oil.
Now add salt to form a sticky dough. Let the dough ferment and rise for 8-12 hours.
Now Preheat oven, grease a baking sheet, and transfer fermented dough onto it.
Press and stretch the dough evenly on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle dried herbs.
Add desired toppings like cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion slices. Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
When it’s golden brown and crispy. Let it cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
