While papad tastes great on its own, it tastes phenomenal with a little bit of date-tomato chutney. Adding this tangy chutney to your meal will rejuvenate your taste buds in between courses.
1 cup dates 1 tomato 1/4 cup vinegar 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup water
Combine dates, tomato, vinegar, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Refrigerate the chutney for at least 2 hours before serving.
