3 Tbsp sugar to make caramel 3/4 cup white bread crumbs 11/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 4 Tbsp vanilla custard powder 1/2 cup water Mint leaves as required
Caramelize sugar without water on low heat. Pour this to the pudding pot used as the base of pudding.
Mix vanilla custard with water. Heat milk and sugar and bring to boil. Slow down the heat and add custard mixture.
Stir continuously to avoid lumps formation. Next add bread crumbs in batches and stir continuously to mix well with vanilla custard.
