For Caramel: 1/3 cup brown Sugar 2 tbsp butter For layering: 3 Apples 1tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp lime juice 2 tsp cinnamon powder For batter: 1&1/2 cup maida 2 tsp baking powder 240 ml milk 2 tsp lime juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 grated apple
Peel 3 apples. Add sugar and lime juice, toss and keep it aside.
Take an aluminum cake pan. Put it on the gas on low flame.
Add 2 tbs butter, let it melt. Swirl it all around. Add brown sugar and cook on low flame till you see bubbles all over.
