Incorporating vegetables into chapatis not only enhances their nutrition but also boosts their fibre content, aiding digestion. The added vegetables bring a delightful flavour and appealing appearance while providing essential nutrients to the diet.

Step 1 

Take 1 cup of any grated seasonal vegetable (cucumber, beetroot, carrot and spinach) and 1 cup of wheat flour

Combing them together, use water if required.

Make a dough and divide it into balls. Dip the balls in flour and flatten them to role chapatis

Heat tawa on low heat and cook chapatis on it.
