2 cups Atta 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Ajwain 1 tsp Kalonji 1 tbsp Ghee 1/2 cup Water 1 cup Sattu 1/2 tsp Ajwain 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Garlic Paste 1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 Green Chilli, chopped 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Onion, finely chopped 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Achaar Masala 1 tsp Mustard Oil 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves, chopped
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, ajwain, kalonji, and ghee. Gradually add water to the flour mix to make a soft dough.
In another bowl, combine sattu with ajwain, salt, garlic, ginger, green chilli, and red chilli powder.
Add onion, lemon juice, achaar masala, mustard oil, and coriander to the sattu mixture. Mix well.
Divide the dough into balls and roll each one slightly. Place sattu filling in the centre, fold, and roll out again to seal the stuffing.
Cook on a hot tawa, applying ghee until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney, curd, or pickles for a satisfying, traditional meal.
