400 gm boneless chicken (2 inch cubbed) 1½ tbsp mustard oil 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp green chilli paste 2 tbsp hung curd

1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 capsicum (cubbed) 1 onion (cubbed) Salt to to taste

In a bowl, take all the spices along with hung curd and lemon juice and mix well.

Now add cleaned chicken pieces, capsicum and onion pieces.

Mix everything well and let it rest for 1 hour.
