In an interview, Beckham explained that his idea of the dish features a baked bean (in tomato sauce) sandwich but without cheese, which he usually pairs with a pack of salt and vinegar crisps

4 slices of white bread 1 can (about 15 oz) of baked beans in tomato sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil Butter Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour the baked beans into a saucepan and heat them on the stove over medium heat.

Lay out four slices of bread. Spoon the heated baked beans on two slices of bread. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the baked beans.

Place the remaining two slices of bread on top, creating two sandwiches. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes

If you're using a toaster, put the sandwiches into a toaster and cook for two minutes on each side till its golden

Allow them to cool for a minute or two before slicing the bread into smaller, triangular toasties
