The silken smooth rich texture of the ricotta blends with sinful chocolate and honey to make one of the most decadent desserts of all time!
300 grams tub ricotta cheese 1.5 large bars, dark chocolate 100 grams salted butter ½ cup cream 2 tablespoons cocoa powder ¼ cup good quality honey
Whip the cream into soft peaks and allow to sit inside a freezer.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double-boiler and add the cocoa powder and mix well.
Once the chocolate has cooled lightly, mix into the whipped cream.
Blend the tub of ricotta in a food processor and transfer the chocolate and cream to this.
Blend once for a few seconds and pour into a waiting airtight container.
Sit in the freezer for an hour and serve each scoop garnished with chocolate shavings or fresh berries.
