A Dahi Tikka Sandwich will up your snacking game. Made with fresh vegetables, paneer is flavoured with curd marinade and a hint of mint chutney. Try this creamy sandwich with simple steps.
200g paneer cubes 1 cup of curd 2 tablespoons of tikka masala 1 tomato, sliced 1 cucumber, sliced 2 tablespoons of mint chutney 4 slices of whole-grain bread 1 tablespoon of olive oil Salt to taste Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)
In a bowl, add curd, tikka masala, and a pinch of salt. Add paneer cubes and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated paneer cubes until they are golden on all sides.
Spread mint chutney on one side of each of the four slices of whole-grain bread.
Now, place a few grilled paneer cubes on the chutney-spread side of two bread slices. Add sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
Heat the grill pan again and grill the sandwiches until the bread is crispy on each side. Garnish with fresh coriander, and serve with your favourite dip.
