Ingredients

Puri (crispy hollow shells) Boiled potatoes, diced Sweetened yoghurt Tamarind chutney Green chutney Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) Chopped onions Chaat masala Fresh coriander leaves 

Step 1  

Arrange the puris on a serving plate. Fill each puri with a spoonful of diced potatoes. 

Step 2

Top with a dollop of sweetened yoghurt. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over the puris. 

Step 3

Sprinkle sev, chopped onions, and chaat masala. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavours in every bite!
