Puri (crispy hollow shells) Boiled potatoes, diced Sweetened yoghurt Tamarind chutney Green chutney Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) Chopped onions Chaat masala Fresh coriander leaves
Arrange the puris on a serving plate. Fill each puri with a spoonful of diced potatoes.
Top with a dollop of sweetened yoghurt. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over the puris.
