Try this tasty dahi Kabab for evening snacks! Made with yogurt and Indian spices!
2 cups Greek yogurt 1 cup paneer, grated 1/2 cup besan (gram flour) 2 green chilies, chopped 1 tablespoon ginger paste 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Oil for frying Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Take a big bowl and add the yogurt, grated paneer, besan, chopped green chilies, ginger paste and garlic paste.
Add in cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
Combine all well Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Now take a pan and heat oil.
Now shape the mixture into small patties and fry them until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with desired sauces and dips. Enjoy hot!
