The no-sugar diet has become popular amongst fitness freaks, wherein you cut the sweetener from your diet and use alternatives instead. Here are some things to keep in mind while you are cutting sugar from your diet for more effective results.
Say no to beverages with extremely high sugar content like packed juices, energy drinks and sodas.
Try having fruits, yogurt, chia puddings and dry fruits instead of extremely indulgent desserts like cake.
Try to eat whole food instead of packaged and processed food with preservatives. Eat more fruits and veggies.
Try to fill your pantry with healthy snacking options. You'll tend to crave sugar more if it is readily available in your house.
Instead of having a sweet French toast or heavy pancakes, try smoothies, avocado toast or egg scramble for breakfast.
Often, while cutting sugar from everywhere, we skip sauces. Store bought sauces have loads of added sugar in them.
