2 cup flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. kosher salt 1 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk 2 large eggs 4 tbsp. unsalted melted butter 2 pints vanilla ice cream Multicolored sprinkles
In 2 large bowls, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter in other.
Now mix the buttermilk mixture to the flour mixture. Smooth the batter and whisk together until even.
In a waffle maker, put the batter and cook around 5-6 mins until it’s light golden brown.
Scoop your favourite ice cream and gently spread it onto waffles. Make a sandwich.
On a plate take sprinkles and coat the waffle edges with it. Freeze the dish until firm.
