1 cup chopped Curry leaves 2 to 3 tbsp All-purpose flour Salt to taste Water as required Oil for frying Chaat masala as per taste
Take curry leaves in a bowl. Add all-purpose flour, and salt. Add water gradually to prepare a medium-soft dough.
Take a medium ball-sized portion of the dough, shape it into a ball and flatten it. Dust it with flour. Roll it and prepare a roti.
Now make small vertical slits on it. Then cut them from between to prepare small -sized stripes.
Meanwhile, heat oil for frying in a pan. Drop the prepared strips into the hot oil and deep fry them on low to medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes until it turns crispy and golden brown from all sides.
