Curry Cauliflower Nuggets: A Spicy Vegan Snack

Being Vegan doesn't have to mean compromising on flavour! These delicious cauliflower nuggets are every bit as tasty as their chicken counterparts, easy to make and full of flavour. 

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, chopped into small florets 1 cup chickpea flour ½ cup water 3 tsp curry powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Oil

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, curry powders, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Step 2

Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter and then transfer to a lined baking sheet and drizzle them with oil.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm with your choice of dip/
