Ingredients6-7 Garlic Cloves1 tsp Oil1 tsp Mustard seeds1 tsp Jeera1 tsp Fenugreek3-4 Dry Red ChilliA handful of Curry leaves4 Tomatoes roughly chopped2 tsp Tamarind1 tsp Jeera Powder½ tsp PepperA pinch of sugar2 tsp Rasam PowderSalt as per tasteDhania for garnishing.
Saute Oil with Mustard seeds, Jeera, Fenugreek, red chilli, curry leaves and mashed Garlic.
Pressure-cook Tomatoes with Tamarind and grind them into thin consistency.
Add the Tadka to the Tomatoes, with Jeera Powder, pepper, Sugar, salt and Rasam Powder. Boil and garnish with Dhania
