During winter people often suffer from flu and infection. This results in a sore throat, blocked or runny nose, and sometimes fever. A recipe called turmeric ginger water is the perfect drink to boost immunity and fight against flu and infection. Take a look at the recipe here:

½ cup peeled ginger 2 tsp Haldi powder 1 lemon juice 2-3 peppercorns 2 cloves ¼ cup of hot water

Put all the ingredients except honey in a mixer grinder until it becomes concentrated.

Serve 4 tbsp of concentrated mix with hot water and add a drizzle of honey to it.
