1 bowl rice 1 cup curd 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp rai 1 tsp urad dal Pinch of hing 2 whole red chilies Handful of curry leaves 3 green chilies Salt to taste

Take a bowl and add boiled rice. Add curd and mix it well.

Also add milk and mix everything together. Rice and curd should be mixed properly.

For tadka, heat a pan and add desi ghee. Add rai and let it splutter.

Add urad dal, hing, dry red chilies and sauté well. Then, add curry leaves.

Pour this tadka over curd rice and mix. Add chopped green chilies and salt. Serve!
