In a mixing bowl, mash 2 bananas till there are no lumps. Add one cup castor sugar to it.
add 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup butter and 3 tbsp cocoa powder to it. Use the cut and fold method to mix.
Grease cupcake moulds with butter and pour the batter. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
For the icing, take some whipped cream, add melted dark chocolate to it, along with condensed milk. Whip till you get a fluffy icing.
Decorate the cupcakes with your icing with the help of piping bags. Serve with some coffee and enjoy!
