Cucumber-Rosewater Cocktail For A Pleasant Spring Evening

This fresh and decadent cocktail, with the cooling potencies of cucumber and rosewater, is perfect to keep you company while you unwind.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml gin 25 ml fresh lime juice 25 ml simple syrup 4-5 cucumber slices 5 drops rosewater 6-7 fresh mint leaves 4 drops Angostura bitters 1 pinch salt

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and muddle well.

METHOD

Add some ice and shake the mixture until it turns cold.

METHOD

Strain and serve in a glass of your choice, garnished with a mint leaf.
