Have you ever tried cucumber pickles? The hydrating vegetable can be turned into a cooling side dish that can accompany your lunch and dinner. It is spicy, tangy, and loaded with flavours. Here is how to make it.
2 English cucumbers ½ tsp salt ½ cup white vinegar 1 tsp red chilli flakes 2 tbsp sugar
Slice the cucumber into a thin round shape.
Add salt, sugar, and red chilli powder.
Toss cucumber in the pan.
Fill the cucumber in an airtight jar.
Pour vinegar into the jar.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours and enjoy.
