Cucumber-Ginger Aqua Fresca: Refreshing And Hydrating

Ingredients

Ginger-simple syrup 2 to 3 chopped ginger roots 1/4 cp sugar 2 cups water Cucumber-Ginger Aqua Fresca 4 cups chopped cucumber 8 cups water 4 limes Prepared simple syrup

Step 1

To make simple syrup, heat a pan and add chopped ginger. Add sugar and water.

Step 2

Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes and when its thick, turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool down.

Step 3

Take a blender and add chopped cucumber, water, peeled limes and blend everything together.

Step 4

Strain the mixture into a pitcher and add simple syrup, remaining water and ice. Stir and serve!
