Cucumber Flavoured Vegan Chaas

The next time you have cucumbers, make this delicious and cooling vegan buttermilk or chaas in 10 minutes! 

Ingredients

1 cup soymilk buttermilk 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 curry leaves 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon black salt ⅓ cup cilantro 1 cucumber ice cubes optional

Step 1

In a blender add soymilk buttermilk. Take lemons and squeeze out juice and add it to the  blender.

Step 2

Now add some curry leaves, cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala. And coriander .

Step 3

Now take the desired amount of ice cubes and add it to the blender churn once. And mix all well.

Step 4

Now take cucumbers wash them and chop as desired add it to the blender and blend all ingredients together.

Step 5

Watch out the consistency, blend the ingredients accordingly, strain the drink and serve chilled!
