INGREDIENTS

1 cup moong dal 1 cup chana dal 1 cup fresh mint, coriander, curry leaves 4-5 green chilies 1 large onion, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds Oil, to fry

STEP 1

Wash and soak the lentils overnight before straining and grinding to a coarse paste with everything but onions and no water.

STEP 2

Mix in finely chopped onions and shape the patties into desired sizes before deep frying until brown.

STEP 3

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
