Crunchy And Tasty Avocado Fries

Crispy and crunchy avocado fries will make you day! These avocado fries, which are crispy on the outside and creamy in the interior, are a delightful starter or snack.

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil ¾ cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon coriander 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt ½ cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 2 large avocados, ripe but firm Desired dipping sauce

METHOD

Start by Preheating the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the crumbs, coriander, cumin, and salt in a medium-sized shallow dish.

METHOD

Place the flour in a small bowl and place the egg in a separate small bowl.

METHOD

Peel the avocado peels and cut each into eight slices. Coated on both sides with flour before being dipped in egg and crumbs.

METHOD

Place onto the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
