Experience the savory onion filling in Pyaaz Kachori, a mouthwatering Indian snack that will tantalize your taste buds with its aromatic spices.
For the dough: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup ghee or vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt Water (as needed) For the filling: 2 cups finely chopped onions 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Vegetable oil for frying
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, ghee and salt. Mix well. Add water to knead the dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest. Meanwhile, Heat oil in an Add cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
Add chopped onions and sauté.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
Mix well and cook. Remove from heat and let the filling cool. Now Divide the dough into rounds and roll out.
Place spoonful of filling in the centre of dough disc and seal the edges. Gently flatten and roll out.
Heat oil in a kadai Carefully fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy. Drain access oil.
Serve the hot and crispy Pyaaz Kachori with chutney. enjoy!
