150 gram sabudana 2 boiled potato 1/2 cup peanut crushed 1 spoon green Coriander as required mint leaves 4 green chilis salt as per taste as requied chat masala oil as required 1 tbsp amchur powder

Firstly, wash the sabudana and soak it in some water for 6 hours.

Put sabudana in a vessel and mix boiled potatoes, green coriander, green chilies, peanuts, salt and chaat masala together.

Make round tikkis of sabudana. Heat refined oil in a pan and fry the tikkis on low flame till they turn red.
