Crispy and savoury makhana tikki are the ideal snack for any situation. made with potatoes, spices, and roasted makhana.
2 cups roasted makhana 2 boiled potatoes, mashed 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, add the roasted crushed makhana. Add the mashed potatoes, chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Add in cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to the crushed makhana. Mix well.
Now Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval-shaped tikki.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides. Drain the tikkis on a napkin.
Your crispy snack is ready! Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
