How to make this yummy delight? Steam your idlis and grate some carrots on the side. Sprinkle these carrots on them and serve with coconut chutney.
The crunch of the waffles doubles up as one adds grated carrots to them. Made with almond milk and coconut flour, it is completely vegan and finished off with blueberries.
Grate your carrots and mix with cumin seeds, ginger, onions and coriander leaves. Wrap the dough and roll into small and round parathas. Serve with a bowl of curd.
