Crispy Zucchini Fritters For Evening Munching

This tasty and crispy Fritters are worth trying! Try this recipe for this Lip- Smacking recipe. Serve them with your favourite dip. 

Ingredients

3 zucchini 2 large eggs 1½ cups chopped scallions 3 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1 teaspoon sea salt 2¼ cups panko breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons flour Avocado oil Black pepper

Step 1

Use a box grater with big holes to grind the zucchini. Put on a kitchen towel, then wring out any residual moisture.

Step 2

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the minced garlic, dill, lime juice, scallions, grated zucchini, salt, and a few pinches of pepper.

Step 3

Add 1½ cups of the panko, then add the flour and blend everything together.

Step 4

A cast-iron saucepan should be preheated to medium. Assemble 14 to 16 thin patties out of the zucchini mixture.

Step 5

Thoroughly coat each with the panko that was set aside. Give the skillet a liberal oiling.

Step 7

Grill the patties for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve your golden-brown delicious patties with the sauce after seasoning to taste.
