Easy to make and assemble, these Prawn Tacos can be the perfect party snack for your weekend party at home. Here’s the easy-peasy recipe you can try out with just a few ingredients.

500g prawns, peeled and deveined 1 tbsp chipotle paste ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste 1 cup breadcrumbs Oil, for frying 1 cup coriander leaves 1 cup fried onions 3 tbsp sriracha sauce ½ cup sour cream ½ cup avocado salsa 10 tortillas or taco shells Lemon wedges, to serve

Wash and pat dry the prawns, then transfer them into a large bowl.

Add the chipotle paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and mix well.

Coat each prawn with the breadcrumbs and set aside.

Heat oil and fry the prawns until golden-brown and crispy.

To assemble, place the fried prawns, fried onions, sriracha sauce, avocado salsa and sour cream in the tortillas.
