Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced 1–2 tbsp avocado oil or avocado oil spray 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp garlic salt Pepper (to taste)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Toss the sweet potato slices in avocado oil, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Arrange the seasoned slices in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through for even crispness.

Step 3

Check the chips, ensuring they are crisp on both sides before removing them from the oven.
