Warm yourself this winter with some Jowar Dodo, a traditional Sindhi dish. Enjoy the ideal winter treat with this beloved family recipe for Juar Jo Dodo, a tasty, crispy Jowar ki roti and Tidali Dal.

2 cups Jowar Atta 3tbsp Spring onion greens, chopped 3tbsp Green garlic, chopped 1 green chilli 2tbsp coriander Red chilli powder (optional) 1 tsp Jeera Salt to taste
Stir everything thoroughly. To get a semi-soft dough, gradually add water. Put the dough in a bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Add water gradually while dough is resting until shaggy dough forms. After that, gently press down on the dough using a hot tawa. Simmer, covered, for two to three minutes. Include some ghee. Give it a good roasting.
Be sure to cook on all sides until the food is golden brown and crispy. Smash and serve with sindhi tidali dal.
