Crispy Sabudana Tikki To Make For Your Navratri Thali

If you are observing a fast for Sharad Navratri, there’s nothing better than adding a crispy sabudana tikki to your thali. With basic ingredients like tapioca pearls, potatoes, and spices, you can quickly make the sabudana tikki.

Ingredients

1 cup sabudana 1/2 cup chopped potatoes 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped green chillies 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon sendha namak 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1

Rinse and soak sabudana till soft.

Step 2

Mix it with potatoes, onions, green chillies, cumin powder, garam masala, and sendha namak.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into patties and shallow fry till crispy.

Step 4

Once crispy, transfer the sabudana tikki to a plate. Enjoy with your favourite chutney.
