Kachori chaat is a street food loved for its crunch, spiciness, and tanginess. Crispy kachoris topped with chutneys, yoghurt, and spices are a crowd-pleaser at any party or a treat for your taste buds at home. Here are a few easy steps to make it.
4 kachoris 2 boiled potatoes 1 cup curd (yoghurt) 3 tbsp tamarind chutney 2 tbsp green chutney 1 tsp chaat masala ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 onion Coriander ¼ cup sev Salt to taste
Place the kachoris on a plate and lightly press the top with your hand to open them.
Stuff the opened kachoris with cubed boiled potatoes.
Pour a lot of whisked curd over the kachoris.
Pour tamarind and green chutney over the yoghurt.
Add chaat masala, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt as required.
Garnish with chopped onion, and coriander leaves and sprinkle sev for the final touch.
