Indulge in the delightful combination of crispy bread and tangy yoghurt with our irresistible Dahi Toast recipe. This easy-to-make snack is bursting with flavours and with its golden crunch and refreshing taste, Dahi Toast is the perfect snack for any time of the day.
6 bread slices 1 cup dahi ¼ cup finely chopped onions ¼ cup finely chopped tomatoes 1 green chilli, finely chopped 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste ½ teaspoon red chilli powder ½ teaspoon chaat masala Butter or oil for toasting
In a bowl, mix yoghurt, onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala.
Take a bread slice and spread a generous amount of the yoghurt mixture on one side. Heat a pan and add butter or oil. Place the bread slice yoghurt-side down.
Toast the bread on medium heat until it turns golden brown. Flip the bread slice and toast the other side until crisp.
Once all the slices are toasted garnish with additional chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves if desired. Serve warm.
