A slaw sandwich for breakfast is a tasty and refreshing option. It’s easy and crunchy to make! Enjoy this super easy recipe.
2 cups shredded cabbage 1 carrot, grated 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Bread of your choice 1-2 Sliced tomatoes 1 Avocado Lettuce
Take a bowl and Combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a mixing basin.
In an add the mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss well to evenly coat the vegetables.
Now Season with salt and pepper to taste.Spread a portion of the coleslaw mixture on top of each slice of bread.
Now add Toppings such as sliced tomatoes, avocado, or lettuce are optional. Enjoy!
