A Indian dish made with okra coated in gram flour and spices, perfect for a satisfying and flavorful meal.
250 grams okra (bhindi) 1/2 cup gram flour (besan) 2 tbsp rice flour 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp amchur (dried mango) powder Salt to taste Oil for frying
Trim the ends of the okra and slice them lengthwise into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the gram flour and rice flour.
Add Red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well.
Now Add the sliced okra to the bowl and coat them evenly with the flour mixture.
Now Fry them in hot oil, until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve the crispy besan bhindi hot!
