Crispy Banana Fritters Best For Evening Snacking

Fritters are loved by each one of us! This Crispy Banana Fritters will steal your heart! It’s quick and tasty, with sweet flavour of Banana with battered coating.

Ingredients

Sunflower or vegetable oil 10-12 Ripe Bananas For the batter 100g plain flour 50g rice flour ¼ tsp baking powder 2 tbsp white sesame seeds Cinnamon Powder Icing sugar

Step 1

Take desired amount of Ripe bananas, Gently Cut them into slides or desired shape.

Step 2

For deep frying, you can use any oil. Pour the oil into a saucepan, and heat.

Step 3

For the batter, combine 200ml of ice-cold water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, flour, rice flour, baking powder, and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Step 4

After the oil is hot, add your sliced bananas and fry them over a low heat until they are golden brown.

Step 5

Drizzle Cinnamon powder and icing sugar Enjoy it with your preferred sides!
