Thinly sliced sweet potatoes seasoned with olive oil, salt, and optional spices, baked to perfection for a guilt-free and delicious snack.
2 sweet potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) Optional seasoning: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder.
Preheat oven to 190°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Wash the sweet potatoes peel them if desired. Thinly slice the sweet potatoes into even rounds.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil. Sprinkle your choice of seasoning.
Toss again, Arrange the seasoned sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake evenly until they become crispy and golden brown. Serve the sweet potato chips immediately.
