Try these delectable oats and rajma (kidney bean) cutlets, packed with protein and fiber. Pan-fried to perfection, they offer a crispy texture and a burst of flavors.
1 cup cooked rajma (kidney beans), mashed 1 cup rolled oats 1 onion, chopped 1/2 cup grated carrots 1/4 cup chopped coriander 2 green chilies, chopped 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 2-3 tbsp vegetable
In a bowl, combine the mashed rajma rolled oats, chopped onion, grated carrots, coriander leaves and green chilies.
Now add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Mix everything well. Shape the mixture into small round cutlets. Heat oil in a pan.
Now flip cook them until golden brown. Once cooked, drain excess oil on a napkin.
Serve the oats and rajma cutlets hot with your favorite chutney.
