Creamy Vegan Mango Kulfi: A Refreshing Frozen Delight

Indulge in the lusciousness of vegan mango kulfi, Made with ripe mangoes and coconut milk, it's a delightful and creamy dessert to beat the heat.

Ingredients

2 cups ripe mango chunks 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup almond milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp  chopped pistachios

Step 1

In a blender, combine the ripe mango chunks, coconut milk, almond milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.

Step 2

Blend the mixture until smooth. Now Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds.

Step 3

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Cover each cup with aluminum foil and freeze.

Step 4

Once it’s fully frozen, remove it from the molds. Garnish the kulfi with chopped pistachios, enjoy!
