Loaded with potatoes, mayonnaise, eggs, and a bevy of fresh vegetables like celery and onions, potato salad serves as a delicious and satiating meal. And what’s more, it’s extremely quick and easy to whip up! Check out a simple homemade potato salad recipe for a quick-fix meal.
5 chopped, hard-cooked eggs 15 cups of chopped potatoes 3 cups of mayonnaise 2 cups of salted water 2 cups thinly sliced pickles ½ cup chopped celery ½ cup chopped onions 3 tablespoons of mustard 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Add potatoes to a pot and pour salted water over them. Simmer the concoction over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Drain the pot and set aside the potatoes for cooling.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, pickles, celery, onions, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the cooled potatoes to this mixture and combine thoroughly.
Refrigerate the salad for chilling before serving it to fully enjoy its complex flavours. Enjoy!
