Paneer bhurji is the easiest and creamiest preparation. You can cook it in under 20 minutes and serve it with steamed rice and parathas. It is nutritious, lip-smacking, and a perfect dish to prepare when you have had a hectic day.
90 grams of paneer 2 tbsp besan ⅔ cups of milk ⅓ cup water Salt to taste ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 chopped onion, green chilli 1 chopped tomato ½ tsp coriander, amchur ¼ tsp cumin seeds, garam masala 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp ginger, garlic
Heat oil and butter in a kadhai and sprinkle cumin seeds. Saute green chillies and ginger-garlic blend.
Saute onion in the kadhai and add besan once the pieces are translucent.
Add spices and a splash of water to cook the ingredients.
Drop tomatoes and water. Combine the ingredients into a smooth blend.
Pour the milk and cook until small bubbles start forming. Add crumbled paneer and salt.

Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle black pepper. Enjoy paneer bhurji with paratha.
