Creamy and tangy, homemade vegan curd made from soaked cashews and probiotics. A dairy-free delight perfect for various dishes. Embrace plant-based goodness.
1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for 4-6 hours) 1 tbsp dairy-free probiotic powder or 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 to 1.5 cups water A pinch of salt
In a bowl soak the cashews. Drain and rinse. Now in a Blender add soaked cashews and 1 cup of water.
Blend until smooth. Add probiotic or lemon juice stir in well. Now Pour the blended cashew mixture into a clean glass container.
Now Cover the container with a breathable cloth. Place it in a warm spot and Let it ferment for about 8-12 hours.
Once the curd has fermented, taste it to check, add a pinch of salt if you prefer. Mix it well. Store and enjoy!
