People of all ages, enjoy this popular snack. This Corn Chaat is ideal for you if you frequently avoid fried and fatty appetisers. This meal is packed with vegetables and spices it will be a favourite right away.
1 cup boiled corn 1/2 cup cubed zucchini 5 cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 1 slice lemon slices 1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes 1 tablespoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon sev 2 tablespoon garlic mayonnaise 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste
In a pan sauté chopped zucchini and red bell pepper. Now add corn and roast them too.
Around 10-15 minutes let the veggies rest. Till then take a bowl and put the mixture in it.
Now season your chaat well with red chilli powder, chilli flakes and salt as per taste.
Give it a good mix and garnish with tomatoes, lemon, coriander leaves, sev and garlic mayo. Toss it and serve.
