A delicious and nutritious beverage, thanks to the creamy texture and healthy fats from avocados – this milkshake is ideal for children and adults. Enjoy sipping on a homemade glass of this treat while the temperatures are scorching outside.
1 ripe avocado, pitted 1 cup cold milk 2-3 tablespoons condensed milk/ honey ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Ice cubes Whipped cream, for topping
Scoop the avocado from the shell and add to a blender along with the condensed milk, cold milk and vanilla extract.
Blend to a smooth mixture before adding the ice cubes and blending once more.
Pour into a serving glass and top up with whipped cream before serving.
