2 cups cashews 1 cup sugar ½ cup water 1 tablespoon cocoa powder ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
In a food processor, blitz the cashews to a fine powder.
Add ½ cup of sugar to a pan plus ¼ cup of water and cook till it becomes a sticky syrup.
Add the cardamom, cocoa and cashew powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Knead the warm mixture for 5-7 minutes and then roll the dough into ¼ inch thickness. Cut and enjoy!
